My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. Excellent treatment, expert knowledge and stellar advice from Claire. Cupping convert thanks to today’s brilliant post-half marathon session which left me feeling as though she’s totally reset my tired, tension-filled legs, hips, shoulders and neck. Brilliant to know Claire is furthering her studies to hone her craft too. Will be back for more for sure!

Claire is a font of knowledge and an expert in her field. She will over and beyond to help and spends extra time giving you exercises and recommendations to support you between appointments. There is no hard sell or expectations to return but you will want to. I would highly recommend, she truely has 'A magic touch' and in my opinion the best in her field.
