Note there are 2 locations in same mall - check in advance which one to go to. This is the new facility Massage was interesting but the therapist didn’t really understand English/requested focus. Equally had cupping for the first time so in one way was a new experience. While in the 90 minute session, other therapists and clients speaking very loudly +. salon should also close the glass front doors facing the open mall walkway/restaurants so you don’t hear the mall noise (crying babies, bird flocks) Good staff, nice facilities, weird massage and preventable noisy environment

Super!! The hydrotherapy jets were similar to a heavy duty massage. The infrared sauna, very relaxing and not very dehydrating. The cold bath, well, that was invigorating!! Staff were wonderful and the atmosphere very, very relaxing. However, no hairdryer.

Great first experience visiting mandala Health wellness. Very warm greeting and showing of the new establishment (looks great and am keen to come back and try the other therapies they offer) I had a fantastic remedial massage with Shoya :) And the dry needling & cupping were the perfect add on for my acheing back. Loved the jade therapy!

One, if not the best massage therapy centres in the border area. All three experiences I've had here from three different therapists have all left me feeling relaxed and sore, in a good way, knowing they've worked on the tight areas. I feel great the next day. The staff are friendly, attentive and clearly very knowledgeable on human anatomy, they aren't just running through a routine like many Thai or Chinese massage therapists.

Amazing relaxing place to restore I was able to walk in and have a high quality massage along with sauna & hydrotherapy. The facilities were top notch & very clean.

Excellent massage therapy for sore muscles. They have helped me with a sore neck and also sciatica pain and both times have produced great results. Therapists are very friendly and demonstrate a clear expertise in what they do. They’re able to locate the source of the pain and massage it out. Highly recommend.

2nd time trying out the entry level Hydro-Therapy package. Both times have been great! Amazing facilities and atmosphere. Would recommend!

It was the best massage and cupping I have ever had. She found all of my sore spots and worked on all the knots. I let feeling totally relaxed.

I spent an evening relaxing at Mandala. I took a friend visiting from Brisbane. We did the hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, massage and salt bath. It was all so good. I slept like the dead afterwards, and 2 days later I am still feeling great and relaxed. Highly recommend. My massage therapist was Shoya and he was maginificant! I cannot wait to come back.

Second visit with the amazing massage therapist Kim. I get the remedial massage with cupping and she has relieved my back pain significantly.

It was an amazing experience! Everything was really good! A suggestion that I can make is, to give more information of what to do in the change rooms prior to a i.e. salt therapy session. What items to remove, etc. Also, how to work the safe and the showers.
