Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team!

I booked a reading on a whim on the last day of my holiday and went in with no expectations. My reading with Serena was wonderful, she was kind, authentic and incredibly intuitive. She was open and honest with her insights and gave me valuable advice that was spot on to my situation and without judgement. I only trust Chameleon New Age Salon with my hair for cuts and colours. I love the experience, the energy, all the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and beautiful people inside and out. Shania was exceptional and meticulous in my massive long hair cut to a short cut. I’m in love with my new fresh and much shorter hair! Beautiful and relaxing standalone venue located within a small shopping area called Brickworks. Very friendly and attentive staff. My husband and I had the couple's massage. Side by side, Jane and Hurami ensured our dignity and comfort. Both very impressed. Were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Professional and friendly. Great massage. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when visiting The Gold Coast.

I had a massage today and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, highly skilled, and clearly very knowledgeable about massage and the body. It felt like a true therapeutic massage, and I could really feel the difference. It made me so happy to meet such a great massage therapist — it’s not something that happens often. I’m sad that I don’t live on the Gold Coast, so I won’t be able to see her regularly. But if I visit the Gold Coast again, I would definitely love to book another massage with her.

My two daughters and I had a birthday weekend on the Gold Coast from NSW and a special part of our weekend was our 2 hour pamper package at the day spa. We booked using a Groupon voucher we purchased online. We all had a 1 hr massage and 1 hr facial each. We enjoyed both very much. My therapist was so lovely and did the massage just how I like it. It was so relaxing, my room was lovely and quiet. My two daughters were in a room together off the corridors in the resort and said at times they could hear guests going past or children running and being a little noisy which was a bit disappointing.

Had a couple services while on holidays to Gold Coast. Not for the faint of heart. Like some parlours, massages will press deep into muscle knots, but they do offer softer massaging , and pleasant massage always follows. Facility is calm, staff is beautiful. All happy

My wife and I left very relaxed after our 1 hour massage. Would definitely recommend Healing Bay. Great addition to our Gold Coast holiday.
