Zen is a super lovely human and his massage was fantastic. I have ongoing issues with my back, neck and shoulders and he addressed those issues thoroughly. I’ve had many different types of body work over the years and I highly recommend Zen’s massage.

Great experience , I went to zen a few months ago with a knee issue & increase in training volume , I’ve been continuously seeing zen from then on & the body is holding up better than ever .

Always an incredible experience with the myofascial release massage. It was effective physically but I left feeling lighter, more open and pain free. Zen’s level of care and knowledge shared throughout is top tier. He explained how I could support my body’s healing outside the session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for true bodywork, not just a massage. You’ll walk out feeling more connected to your body and more empowered to take care of it.
