Great service! Nomfundo is such a lovely therapist. She explained the entire process of laser to me before the treatment. So I felt very at ease as it was my first time. The treatment itself was quick and painfree. Overall I loved my experience and will be back soon!

My experience was good, however, my son and I booked appointments together and this was the 2nd time that I sat for 10 minutes waiting for Yolanda, while my son's pedicure already started. The same applied with our manicure. I have a loyalty card and it was 50% off. I was only given 50% off the cheapest treatment. Nowhere on the card, did it stipulate this. I was very disappointed. On my previous discount on the card, I received the proper percentage off my treatment.

Amazing therapist who knew exactly what she is doing. Quite and peaceful rooms- everything was clean and well organised. My only complaint is the that the foot massage is exactly 1 minute long. It is too short. Its usually the highlight of the treatment and the shortest part- and has always been this way previously. However everything else is good and will return.
