Experience was good - the treatment very good. The staff are lovely and kind, but It's a pity that they have very limited English. They and the clients miss out, there are misunderstandings, and on the telephone, they have problems recognising queries.

I recently had an amazing experience with the facial treatment Kobido with Magdalena. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and Magda is very professional and attentive. The treatment itself left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. I loved how the the massage during the facial was incredibly soothing.
