has been such a lovely experience having laser hair removal with be.laser. She is professional and her treatment room is calm and relaxing. She explains the whole process of what is happening and what will happen over the course of the treatments which really helps with your understanding and to manage expectations! Kim is friendly, warm and welcoming. Gives a realistic view on what to expect, and how your treatment will progress. The treatment room is lovely, relaxing, and private.

Great advice from Kim who is obviously very knowledgeable. It was apparent Kim was more concerned with making sure I had the best advice rather than just trying to sell me a treatment. Sadly the treatment I was enquiring about wasn’t really right for me, but I would definitely recommend…oh and did i mention she is super lovely too and puts you at your ease right from the off!
