Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body. It's a brilliant treatment that frees up the whole body

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Jasmine is an incredible therapist. Very knowledgeable, friendly and communicates effectively. She always checks and confirm areas that I felt needed work and advises the best treatment on the time we have. Needless to say, pain in those areas are now almost gone just after 1 session! Highly recommended for a top quality therapeutic experience.

Having no facial treatments done before, this was my first time getting a hydrafacial. Was seen by a lovely lady called Christina who provided an excellent service. She made me feel very comfortable and she informed me of every step she was doing with the benefits of each step. She was very passionate about skincare and provided me some great advice for my skin.
