Very professional, explained everything to me so I knew exactly what they were doing and the benefits of the treatment. Answered questions with a lot of knowledge and gave me some useful tips with regards to swelling.

I had the glass skin facial and the results are amazing! My skin looks smoother and brighter. The treatment was relaxing and my face still feels hydrated days later. Demi was really professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend!

Fabulous lymphatic drainage as per usual. My first time having reflexology . Catherine said she had felt problems with my lungs and shoulder . I have had tightness in my chest over Christmas and for the last few days have felt as though I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder .
