Plastic cover on bed was a big turn off. My practitioner listened to my skin concerns and recommended another treatment that would better fit my needs. I'd appreciate it if I was informed for each step (e.g., type of product, leave mask on for X minutes, tools).

I recently searched online for Knead Massage in Mountain Pleasant and decided to try it for the first time with Ava as my massage therapist. From the moment she began, it was clear that she has a deep understanding of anatomy and techniques. I arrived with numerous knots and soreness, and by the end of the session, I felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. Ava will definitely be my go-to masseuse from now on. The facilities were neat and tidy. The massage table was comfortable and the treatment area is not cramped. Overall, I appreciated the excellent service. Thank you!

I took my mother in to get a Radiant Glow facial by Luby. My mother is in her 70s and was extremely happy with the service. It's been a couple of days now, and she feels her skin is fresh, smooth, and very soft. I received an IPL treatment, spot treatment, extraction, and facial tools from Olivia. All the services were exceptionally well done, and I can already see the improvement. I will definitely be going back for more treatments. Harman has been great! I have had a total of 18 laser hair removal appointments with her within the last year. During each session she took her time to make sure everything was comfortable and checked in with me if I was uncomfortable during the treatment. She kept track of my hair growth and catered the treatment accordingly. If you are thinking of getting laser hair removal, I would definitely recommend going to Liveo.

Willow did a great job making sure I was super relaxed and comfortable during the treatment. The massage pressure was great, the place smelled lovely, and the decor is very aesthetic. I would have given 5 stars, but the receptionist with the mean girl attitude dampened the experience and makes me hesitant to go back.

Love the ambience, aromatherapy, hot towels-- they make it so luxurious! My massage was so very good, too. I wish there were better soundproofing/sound isolation though as the sounds of the ice machine and other loud treatments was distracting. Will return anyway, as it's not enough of a problem to cancel out all the great things about Knead!
