I visited Knead in Vancouver for the second time, and the experience was just as amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone from the start. My massage therapist, Ava, was highly skilled and truly put her energy into the session. Her expertise made a noticeable difference, leaving me deeply relaxed—so much so that I forgot my belongings twice. I absolutely loved my experience here! I had a one-hour body massage focusing on my back and legs, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff was so kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The ambiance of the place is beautiful, creating the perfect setting to unwind. To top it off, they served the most lovely tea, which was such a nice touch. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

It was my first time getting a haircut with Yi, and I couldn’t be happier! Yi is extremely professional, attentive, and really takes the time to listen. He understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. My hair looks healthy, beautifully shaped, and natural — without unnecessary thinning.
