I booked an extended session massage, which I understood to be a full-body treatment since the website didn’t provide more details. Instead, I received a foot and knee massage. It would be helpful to clarify this on the website, as both the RMT and I were unsure about what type of treatment I was supposed to receive. That said, the massage itself was excellent.

She explained, took me thru the process of creating an efficient skin care plan, and gave input on w/c kind of treatment that is safe for my skin type. She was so patient while explianing to me the proper care procedure. I tried the routine after the consultation she suggested and boom! I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.

Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing.
