It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Very good experience with Elvis He listened and suggested a cut and beard trim. Then got on with the work with meticulous detail. The saloon is clean, very organised which is a good sign of a barber who cares for his craft, his environment and excellent customer service.
