Brilliant customer service, very friendly, efficient and excellent at their profession. I had my hair and eye brows waxed and throughout my first time going was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout my time and my hair and eyebrows look amazing. Athena was so lovely and attentive. I booked in for a wash and haircut but I didn’t really know what I wanted exactly - all I wanted was for my hair to look healthy and not just a head of thick heavy annoying hair. Athena asked all the right questions down to every detail, and just got it spot on! It’s the first time I’ve had this haircut and safe to say it’s going to be my go to from now on. All the girls are so friendly, always feel so relaxed and pampered when I visit - thank you so much! 🥰

Both boys are always great with my son who is extremely fussy!!!! Would never go anywhere else!!!
