First time getting my lashes lifted and tinted. Sira was lovely, welcoming and understanding. Took her time, talked me through the process and the results were amazing. Absolutely recommend going, she does a range of appointments from goth/alternative makeup, bridal makeup, to facial treatments, brows and lashes.

I have been speaking to Sira about my skin and skincare for a while now. As with Lucy and all the other technicians at Offbeat, I feel safe and taken care of. Lucy was a big part of me starting to look after myself and realise I was worthy of self care like this and Sira has only added positively to that journey of self love! Lucy always does an amazing job - even without photos for inspiration she always seems to give me exactly what I want and if something doesn't look perfect to her she takes the time to redo it. Her services are fantastic value for money and I can't imagine going anywhere else as it's a fantastic environment with easy conversation. I'd recommend her to anyone

I always look forward to my nail appointments because I know I’ll get excellent service, a warm welcome and nails other people always comment positively on. I love the huge variety of designs I’ve had over the years from simple single colour nails to highly detailed individually painted artwork on each nail. Getting my nails done is my treat to myself every few weeks and I always feel so much better afterwards.

I always love having my nails done here. It’s really great quality work but I also always feel very welcome and look forward to my appointments. I also get a lot of compliments on my nail designs. Generally I have a vague idea and Victoria or Cherelle come up with the rest.
