I had such an amazing experience at London Lash lounge Hammersmith! The quality of the lashes is top-notch—lightweight, comfortable, and they look absolutely flawless. The space itself is clean, modern, and has such a relaxing aesthetic that makes the whole appointment feel like a treat. My technician Daria was incredibly professional and skilled, carefully removing any outgrown lashes without a single pull or tug. I left feeling refreshed and so happy with the results. On top of that, the location is perfect and super convenient. Truly an amazing place—I couldn’t recommend it more!

I’ve been getting my lashes done with London Lash lounge for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The ambience is always so calm and welcoming, and the quality of the lashes is unmatched. Just had my blonde highlights and cut done by the new Artistic Director Gianmarco - What an amazing addition to the team! The finest baby lights I’ve ever had, so natural. One of the best set of highlights I’ve had in London in 18 years! Oh and if you love a bob - his cut is so sharp! - I’ll be back :-)

I had my hair and makeup done to attend a wedding local. Very easy to book and good communication throughout. The make up artist was fantastic and very talented! I was extremely happy with the result. I was happy with my hair but don’t think it should have been washed before being put up and think this caused it to drop and not hold very well. Was overall very happy with result but I think wash wasn’t need and was charged extra for this. Won’t change my score as was so happy with the make up and initial result with hair!

Needed to get my hair coloured as I’ve been away from home for 4 weeks and found Giovanni Messina and booked in with Kasia. She did an amazing job with my colour and her bouncy blow dry which made me feel and look I haven’t been living out of a suitcase. If I was to come back to London I would go back to this salon in a heartbeat. A bonus was that there was a friendly little poodle named Marsha who loved some cuddles and pats.

Amazing service. Such attention to detail. They took time to match colours exactly to the look I wanted and did not rush the manicure. I’ve tried so many salons in london for my nails but this is by far the best service and result I have had. Such a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are great, even offered all sorts of lovely drinks!

My favourite hair salon in London! They always do the best job especially Matt. He always knows exactly what to do with my hair to make it look the best and I leave happy every time!
