I had a wonderful spa experience at Sala. Despite the gloomy, wet weather, Dineo made the experience comfortable and cozy. The massage was relaxing, and the facial left my skin refreshed and glowing. Will definitely make Sala a regular stop during my visits to Ballito.

I had a full set of acrylic nails and a gel pedicure, the nail technicians were skilled and happy to please, I left feeling satisfied with my nails. Areas for improvement is more in the aesthetics, metro radio station and music was overstimulating, the ladies speaking to each other could be a bit softer and the lighting is too bright. If you are doing both together it is very uncomfortable as you have to twist your back for the opposite hand as opposed to the nail tech completing one hand at a time. I will go back as the service from the ladies is great and they are very sweet. Thank you Swoon

I had a great experience at Swoon, they are all lovely ladies and very welcoming and kind! Buhle did a great job! She works very neat, precise and cleans up well around the edges! She made sure I was happy and let me feel comfortable throughout the time being. Thank you Swoon and thank you Buhle!

Tho bile was very attentive and helpful with suggestions on how to deal with issues I had with my nails.. I left happy with the results

Thank you for a beautiful experience at Sala.. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The set up absolutely incredible.. We had a full day at the Spa. Sauna, body scrub, massage, facial.. We felt like butter.. We then enjoyed a delicious lunch on the deck overlooking the ocean followed my a mani, pedi, cheese and fruit platter and coffee to end the day... It was a 5 star experience and we can't wait to come back.

The massage treatment was amazing. Thandiwe was great! Communication and timing: We were called that morning to arrive at 12h00 to have lunch before the spa (instead of after) which was booked at 14h30. This had a negative ripple effect on our entire itinerary for the weekend. Changing travel times on a whim was difficult. We drove 2hrs and arrived at 12h45. We had to arrange to eat dessert after the spa with Sli but she complained loudly about it in front of other patrons. Instead of the planned full body we only did a 45min back & neck. A detailed email upon booking would've helped.

My experience was great and Nicky was lovely. If I may just suggest one thing, if you are running late for a scheduled booking to let the customer know especially if you ask for the customer to be 15 min early for an appointment.
