Pedicure was great. Unfortunately, there were 2 women (customers? Regulars? Employees?) Who were talking, shrieking and laughing very loudly, making video calls and watching videos with no headphones. Nobody in the salon did anything to ask them to be quiet so people could enjoy the services they were paying a lot of money for. Very disappointing.

I recently returned to LA and was in search of a top-tier nail spa where I could trust the staff and experience impeccable service in a clean and sanitary environment. My search led me to Mehrnaz and Claudia at this charming nail spa, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, my manicure and pedicure were flawless. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the speed and reliability of the staff were truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a unique and pristine nail care experience in Woodland Hills.

Unfortunately, the mall location experienced a power outage just before my appointment(s), so the air, music, towel warmers and lights were not working. However, the manager and her nail techs did their best to service myself, my mom (who’s visiting), and daughter for our 3 generations pedi day. Luckily, the pedicure chairs were still functional. The Nail’d team were very polite, professional and accommodating! I will definitely be back to experience Nail’d it London (Woodland Hills, CA) when there aren’t any electricity challenges ☺️… Thanks again Ladies!
