Bekah is amazing. As soon as she began the session, I felt my chakra energy shifting. By the end of the session, I had released pain, sorrow and conflict, and felt strength, love and joy. And on top of that, at the end of the session she recapped the images she saw, and they matched everything I experienced during the session. These weren't "general" things applicable to many people. These were very specific details about my life and that of my family that no social media sleuthing could possibly uncover. I can't wait to go back!!

truly the best foot treatment i’ve ever gotten! as a diabetic, i find it hard to trust salons and am always nervous.. it has been years since my last pedicure and when i saw there was a diabetic-specific treatment at the skin + body, i was overwhelmed with happiness and wanted to give it a try. patricia was professional and kind and made sure i was okay the entire time - and my toenails look AMAZING! i could not recommend her enough, i will definitely be going back.

My face was glowing after the treatment. Went to the office make-up free and everybody noticed how good my skin looked. Sole made me realize that you can achieve beautiful skin at any age without spending so much money.

I had a great experience here with body waxing. The owner was so friendly and made me feel at ease.

My experience at Mindful body studio was great I felt relax.

Thank you for such wonderful services!! I appreciated the kindness, cleanliness (she wore her mask the whole time, took a temp check on me upon entering and there was nobody else in the salon, I felt safe during the pandemic)and the end results of having beautiful hair again!! Libby the acupuncturist was absolutely amazing. I immediacy felt sinus pressure relief with her needling. The setting of this place instantly sets your mind, body, and heart at ease. I will come back for more than just accupuncture!!!

This is definitely the best massage and facial I have ever had. The atmosphere is real clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend everyone to come to mindful body studio and enjoy because this is definitely a home away from home.
