I went in limping, and came out walking. Every few months I manage to injure myself at work, and these amazing ladies fix me. If it's neck pains, a sore back, or a knee strain, they help me recover and be ready for the next shift at work. A special thanks to Ava, my knee feels so much better already and I can look forward to my night shift tonight with my whole body feeling more relaxed.

Kate has an exceptional gift for massage. Her intuitive touch quickly found areas of tension I hadn’t even been aware of, applying just the right amount of pressure—firm enough to release deep knots, yet gentle enough to be profoundly relaxing. Her massage felt like a full reset for both body & mind. The soothing aromatherapy & gentle background music enhanced the experience beautifully. I walked out feeling lighter, more centred & recharged. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who blends skill, intuition & nurturing presence, I can’t recommend Kate highly enough. Booked myself for a 1 hour massage as had some niggles and elected for the hard pressure add on for $10. My massage therapist Mae with an "e" is personable and works magic with her hands. Highly recommend Mae at the Onehunga branch.

10/10 went for a challenging hike and came straight for a massage 2 hours after and had the best experience once again thank you so much to the girls here absolute gems they are mine and my partners body feels so much more relaxed and comfortable massage was so good I fell asleep hehe will definitely become a regular love it here 💓💓

I had a wonderful experience at bambbo spa onehunga. The massage was excellent—very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can really feel that they care about their clients. The place is clean, comfortable, and offers amazing value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this to friends and family!

I had a great experience today. It was my first time to visit Bamboo Spa Onehunga. I booked the 1 hour back, neck and shoulder massage. I haven’t said anything to the therapist but she seemed to know where my problem was. I noticed she focused on my right shoulder during the session which was my sore shoulder. Thank you Mae! I left the spa happy and contented. Highly recommend!💜

I had waxing and brow services done with Mehfuza at Mollieres Skin and Body and was really impressed. The waxing was done with great care and was surprisingly less painful than other experiences I’ve had in the past. Mehfuza was professional, gentle, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced. The professional therapist skillfully relieved all the tension in my body and was incredibly friendly throughout the session. I will definitely be visiting again.

Highly recommend Molliere’s. I had the whopper 2 hour treatment with deep tissue massage. When I booked the form asked if I was ok with a male therapist - I said yes. I’m a challenging client (very tight muscles) and he dealt with them admirably (elbows etc). Back scrub was a nice way to finish. Will go back.

I'm satisfied with the deep massage applied on me. The therapist know which part of the body is stiff and applied a nice pressure for it. Happy with the services.
