Nam is Buddha's gift to mankind, with her angelic goddess-like hands. Honestly, I was struggling to stay awake the entire session. I booked the 90 minute Deep Tissue Sports Massage, and with the meticulous attention to detail that Nams pays, she was able to identify an alloted amount of knots throughout my musculature, from shoulders right down to my calves. 90 mins for a massage at Sanctuary is not enough! Today my lovely therapist was Pat. Don’t be fooled by Pat’s appearance - she is little, but she is strong! My body got an amazing work over today - this lady, just like her colleagues, is so good at finding the ‘hot spots’ and dealing with them. The care and attention, and super customer service, keeps me coming back to Sanctuary. Even when my regular therapist is away, I know I will get an incredible massage - because they are all good. WOW! The Valentines Day special is a ‘must do’! An hour of delicious relaxing body massage followed by a superb facial. I opted for an extra 30 minutes of reflexology too, resulting in two hours of true bliss! If you’re in need of a treat having gone back to work, this is for you. This is SUBLIME!

Every time I see Por (seldom less than weekly), she scans my body, quickly ascertains what I need and sets to work. Each massage is different - every time. No two massages are ever the same, because I am a regular, she knows my body’s niggly bits, and puts me back together again. This weekly visit is an important part of my wellbeing, both physically and mentally. After 90 mins on the table, I am good to go again. Come and experience these hands (and elbows!) for yourself. Experiencing the heat of the infrared sauna, the refreshment of the shower and then the intense body treatment of a deep tissue massage was such a deeply healing experience. The massage therapist was lovely and the delicious sweet ginger tea helped me get back into the real world at the end. An allround holistic experience that I definitely recommend :)
