Jenelyn is the best in Auckland! I love deep tissue massage, and she was absolutely amazing. Unlike other therapists who just focus on the back, she gave equal attention to my whole body. I felt so much lighter in my lower body after the massage—like my circulation and lymphatic flow had really improved. Thanks!

Rubbina was amazing. I’ve never been to someone who actually takes the time to ask what you want first. The best massage I've ever had! I've been going to bamboo spas and it's my first time trying out botany branch, and i would say out of all their branches in auckland this is by far the best! Their staff are all nice and friendly, cleanliness is immaculate, it smells so clean and nice inside the spa. No lingering oil smell, the massage was so good, Jen was very attentive and pays attention to details. She made sure i was comfortable all through out, plus the pressure was very good, it was so relaxing. I would gladly visit them again!

Went for a couples massage today and we had a really amazing experience. Our therapist was Phelina and Tess. Our massage was very thorough and I really like the flow and detail of the movements. The foot soak was so good and it was really good that our therapist asked us from time to time about the pressure when they massage a different part of the body. Overall was very satisfied and already booked the package to come back again. Thank you for your hard work and really good service!

Rochell did an absolutely amazing job! She’s not only skilled but also such a lovely and warm person. My whole body feels incredibly light and refreshed. It’s like a weight has been lifted. Pheng, the receptionist, was just as lovely. So welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in really made the whole experience great! Bamboo Spa Botany truly exceeded our expectations. My partner and I couldn’t be happier with the service, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional and relaxing experience!
