Nikki made me feel very relaxed during my pregnancy massage. She knew all the points on the body to pay more attention to and ensured to cover all parts of the body too. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

As a new mum, I struck lucky with Liz who is an ex-midwife, and therefore really understands what my body has been through this past year. She was super attentive and great at encouraging me to relax during the massage.

A combination of Reflexology & Aromatherapy Massage Treatments, absolute Bliss … Louise really does go out of her way to genuinely want to know about any issues or concerns with your body. Jewels manages to make me feel whole again. Ironed out, everything back to where it should be, my system working as one once more :) Her hands are magic as she instinctively knows where the worst areas are. These sessions are a necessity for me as I live with Fibromyalgia. Due to the pain and oversensitivity, my treatment needs to be careful and considered. Jewels works with my body - gently teasing out and stretching the muscles. Thanks to Jewels, I am able to function and actually enjoy my life xx I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I’ve had many massages and facials before and these were both by far the best I’ve had! I could tell Emma really understood both anatomy and dermatology as my back genuinely felt unknotted and my (rather sensitive/combination) skin felt refreshed and didn’t flare up/feel oily afterwards. Would highly recommend to anybody!

This is my third time visiting Balm, as Jules is an incredible therapist, who is very knowledgeable and attentive. The therapeutic massage allows you to target all of your problem areas encompassing deep tissue work where necessary and leaving you feeling extremely relaxed. Will definitely be returning for more!
