Update: I've now been implementing the lifestyle changes Louise suggested for nearly 2 months. I have now seen Louise for a follow-up and things are still improving. So happy! After my Menopause and Lifestyle consultation with Louise. I have been implementing the suggestions given and am already seeing improvements within one week. I am sleeping better, more relaxed... add anything else here. What's more, the whole process was so easy, and it took away all of the stress. Menopause and lifestyle consultation It was my first time here at the wellness centre, it had a tranquil setting. Louise was very welcoming and professional. We spoke about my past medical history, discussed my concerns and symptoms. Louise has provided menopause guidance for my GP regarding a HRT treatment plan, also useful links and lifestyle advice for me.
