Those tough knots, the pain, that area which is sore and uncomfortable, are all professionaly seen to and one gets to know that one's I'm safe, reliable and caring hands. Half a dozen sessions in two months and honestly, I'd highly recommend MM.

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Thought I try a different treatment so went for a hot stone massage. Last night .Thank you so much cheryl it was so relaxing and all my stresses just left my body best treatment I can't wait to book this again x

I booked Cheryl for a full body massage, I asked before hand what would be best for my needs and she suggested a Swedish massage. Now I’m totally relaxed and feeling rejuvenated.

Fabulous massage with Cheryl, dozed off several times and my neck and shoulders feel lighter!

It was a great and memorable experience.Friendly and professional.I would definitely come back for my 55 birthday.Today,it was a mother’s treat from my children. I would recommend the man,he did a great job.The scrub was amazing and during the massage i was asleep.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🥰.
