This morning I had my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it was a really great experience. I had a fantastic full body massage, I found it really relaxing and it helped relieve some knots in my back. I also had an SNS manicure which I am really pleased with. Will definitely be back.

The body scrub left my skin in tip top condition, followed by a massage with Punnapat who worked her magic and got rid of knots I didn’t know I had. Probably the best massage outside of Thailand.

Healing Hands Massage with Nuch Absolutely amazing experience. It wasn’t just a massage — it felt like a complete body reset. Nuch has a real gift and you can feel the difference straight away. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and restored. I’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!

Had my first ever Aromatherapy Thai massage with Punnapat today and it was wonderful. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was in safe hands. Came out feeling like I had a new revived body. Will book again and would definitely recommend.

The invoice is incorrect albeit the payment was and taken. The therapist was lovely and my massage and body scrub were really nice albeit I was surprised that no massage was performed or the scrub applied on my tummy/torso area or across the top of the front of my neck ( not what I’m used too) just wondered is that standard for you for this not to happen on the tummy area? The facial was amazing and Abby was great.

I had recently completed a 3 day endurance cycle. Bobbi was fantastic in working out the best full body massage for me to make a good recovery. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Perfect experience as always. Would highly recommend Monica for waxing, she does an amazing job everytime and I’m left with perfectly smooth skin with 0 irritation. She’s also very fast, half body in 45 minutes. Highly reccomend

Received a full body massage, Bobbi was great and relieved tension in neck & shoulders in particular to eliminate any soreness/tightness. Comfortable room with dim lights/ambient music and heated massage table. Good facilities with friendly staff. I would highly recommend and will return again soon.

Monika was an excellent therapist - she checked I was comfortable before the Japanese head spa started & explained what would happen, reminding me it was my time to relax...the treatment was amazing starting with the eye mask & head scrub followed by lots of massage & skin treatments...Monika did a fantastic job & I'd recommend the Japanese head spa as an indulgent treat! Thank you
