I highly recommend Body Inc Lounge for all your beauty treatments. Rosie is exceptionally skilled in her craft and offers outstanding, friendly service. I had laser treatment done, and her machine is incredible; I absolutely loved the results! Will be going back soon for a facial!!

A great place to go for a massage. We have visited numerous times as staff are pleasant and very attentive to our requirements. I have fibromyalgia and after my massage it feels like I’m walking on air. My mind and body are so relaxed. Sets me up for the week ahead. Have booked again and can’t wait for my next visit.

We visited today for the first time. Gigi was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely helped me learn a lot more about my body and the causes of my pain points, as well as how to help relieve such pain. So much better than just a regular massage! Will definitely be coming back again. It is expensive but as someone with chronic pain and fibromyalgia, this is definitely worth it!

I went for a hot stone massage, it was as relaxing, felt healing, wonderful as I had hoped. The hot stones placed on my body was exactly what I needed. This is the place to visit for therapeutic massage, it is healing, mind and body. The place is very clean, everyone I’ve come across is professional and polite, welcoming and friendly. The massage itself was soothing, involving light, rhythmic movements that felt deeply relaxing and rejuvenating rather than intense. I noticed immediate benefits: reduced puffiness, especially around my ankles and face, and an overall lighter, refreshed feeling. The massage seemed to improve my circulation, and I left feeling less bloated and more energized

This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.

Had my first sports massage today with Gigi. She is very professional and knowledgeable and seems to know her stuff. Have seen physios in the past but none of them gave such a thorough explanation of body dynamics, which made sense. Will definitely be making further appointments.
