I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. I had an amazing facial at Chantelle and Lewis Beauty. I had the bespoke facial, which meant I had a facial tailored to my specific skin type and problem areas. The whole experience was so relaxing and my skin felt and looked brilliant afterwards.

I had a wonderful experience at Zaira Rose with the Classic Facial Treatment. The place is beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming... you instantly feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The staff were very friendly and created such a calming atmosphere. The treatment itself left my skin glowing, soft, and refreshed... I walked out feeling lighter and brighter. There are also plenty of drink and food options available, which makes the visit feel even more thoughtful and complete.Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable time, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience of a Swedish massage today , Metha did an amazing treatment now my body feels much lighter sure will sleep well tonight. Staff are all very friendly and they do so many other treatments which I am looking forward to .

My therapist was Sam. She was warm, kind and welcoming when I arrived. She listened to me chat for ages before our session in order to serve my needs correctly. She constantly ensured I was comfortable and kept me in the loop about what she was going to do before doing it. She advised me on other helpful tools to accommodate my needs. The overall beauty store is cosy, clean with a calm ambience. They use heated beds which I have never experienced at any other beauty store (I have been to more than 5). This helped relax me and prepped my body for the massage. I will make this my massage home!
