Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. Another great visit. Nice place and amazing service from Sim. I booked few different services already: 1h Relaxing Full Body Massage with 10 min extra head massage and Gel manicure twice. All my appointments were with Sim, she was very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied! :) Highly recommended!

When I want to know if a treatment is effective, I wait for my mum to say something: "You look very scrubbed and glowing. What have you been doing?" On this occasion, the new infrared sauna at Wild Beauty! I so enjoyed my experience. It was incredibly relaxing - a little cocoon of loveliness - and you can play your own music via bluetooth. The sauna is a comfortable temperature and then at around 20 minutes the sweat really kicks in. I definitely had a glow afterwards - mum test approved. I hope to use this often for best results. I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa this morning. The whole thing was so relaxing, and each process was carried out with great care. I have psoriasis on my scalp and found it really soothing. All the natural products used helped calm my scalp and its felt great for the rest of the day. My hair is also so super soft! Thanks so much, loved it!

I had a great experience at Wild Beauty with their new Japanese head spa. It was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had! The treatment itself was a perfect blend of traditional techniques and modern touches, which I’d highly recommend. The halo ring used throughout the treatment created a soft and meditative atmosphere and coupled with the various brushes they use made the treatment feel amazing. Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Excellent massage with Jeanette. So relaxing but really targeted. The sauna was also great and completely different to saunas i have been in before which I couldn't tolerate for longer than a few minutes. Loved that you had your own room and shower. All very relaxing!

I had an incredible massage with Jeanette. She has such a calming, grounding energy that puts you at ease immediately. Her technique feels like a slow, rhythmic dance—intuitive and deeply connected. She instinctively knows where to apply pressure and how to release tension, even in areas I didn’t realise were tight. Jeanette is truly talented, and it’s clear she’s passionate about her work. Came for a body massage and then decided to go for balayage with nano Botox hair repair treatment - anu is so good at what she does probably the best colourist I have found in years ! The nano Botox sealed my blonde and the shine and repair to my hair is commendable ! Worth the £400 pounds I spent . Thank you Anu
