Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

Minda has been doing my full upper body laser and shown great results after only a few sessions. I highly recommend her to all. Very professional, always on time and goes the extra mile.

I had my first fully body massage with Minda and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and she focused on problem areas too. I felt like she really knew what she was doing, and cared - she didn't rush anything. I felt comfortable and would definitely come again. I had a full body, hands, feet, legs, stomach, chest, arms, back, face and even a slight head massage. When the phone rang or the doorbell, Minda didn't leave or become distracted, which was really appreciated.

Minda’s absolutely great. So friendly, welcoming and very thorough. She makes quick work of even full body laser hair removal. The recent refurb of the front reception also just adds to the experience.
