Gillian is an absolute master of her craft. Her full-body massage is incredibly relaxing while working on knots and tension. She's able to tailor the massage to exactly what I need, whether that's deep tissue work or gentle relaxation. The atmosphere she creates is calm and serene, thank you so much!

I’ve known Margaret for a long time. First woman to wax my eyebrows when I was twelve years old when visiting her with my mum. I trust her implicitly with every treatment she offers and she is amazing at what she does. Margaret’s full body aromatherapy massage was just the relaxation I needed and I will try my best to make this a more regular treatment for myself. Safe, comfortable space and in very good hands. This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a relaxing atmosphere and environment to put you at ease. Highly recommend The One Lounge 😊 xxx

Got back massage by Paula, and it was magnificent. Back scrub, exfoliate, massage with hot stones then while a mask was on I got feet and lower legs massaged!!!! Bliss 💕

I had the most incredible holistic treatment from these wonderful women who all made time for me to sort everything out that I needed due to my mobility issues (disability/accessibility) and I want to say this place is quite accessible except for a step to get in the salon. They absolutely would assist you if needed. I had the most incredible relaxing pamper package that felt like I was given a sleeping tablet and all my anxiety and stress left my body. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. All treatments were 5* and these ladies are so lovely to each other and clients. Recommended!

Had the most relaxing full body massage, head massage and facial. The whole experience was calming and rejuvenating. I left feeling so refreshed and completely at ease. Can’t wait to book my next appointment! 🤍

I had a lymphatic drainage massage for the first time and will definitely have it again in future. It is a light-touch, relaxing and calming experience. It has great health benefits in helping the body move lymph fluid around the body to where it naturally drains. This helps to reduce puffiness and swelling and aids the removal of waste. As usual, the environment was spotlessly clean, with relaxing background music. I highly recommend Margaret and the many different treatments on offer.
