I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. I had a nail appointment with Lauren today for BIAB. I’m new to getting my nails done and have been going to the same tech/salon for a few months and getting constant infills. It turns out they weren’t being honest about the health of my nails and about removal between infills. Lauren was not only lovely in general but so so honest! She educated me a lot and asked me to stay in touch with photos of my damaged nails. I will definitely be returning for a service when my nails are healthier ☺️

I've never been to Serenity before and the staff were so welcoming when I came in. I would highly recommend Lauren's massage. It was very relaxed and she also made sure to focus on areas I had requested. Will definitely be back!

Recently booked in for deep tissue massage, facial , foot spa and a balayage. Massage was excellent especially after with three c sections! I felt brand new after. Foot spa and facial were good but - the facial broke me out badly (possibly might just been my skin being sensitive) and foot spa didn’t really help with any rough skin but definitely relaxing! Had my balayage with Charlotte and honestly Iv had so many compliments on my hair. Finally found a hairdresser who gives you exactly what you ask for and leaving your hair feeling healthy! Will definitely be retuning for my hair! 100%

great! i love my hair colour and cut and the way it has been styled , exactly what i asked for and i would recommend this place to everybody!

I had my first full body massage today in the wellness centre upstairs. Really nice, quiet and peaceful environment and a lovely massage! After suffering a recent broken leg and also have difficulty with pain/joint due to rheumatoid arthritis, the massage really helped. Will definitely be back. Really nice to see a hair dressing company putting in extra work and effort to provide an all rounded service including wellness. I also had my hair cut a few weeks ago by Donna, really good to see her back hairdressing. She is amazing with her scissors and does a fantastic job!

Just back from a full body exfoliation & massage with Lauren. She was warm and friendly and the massage was great! Just the right amount of pressure and she got all those pesky knots! Only booked it last night online on a whim, so glad I did. I’ll definitely sleep well tonight! :)
