I have just had the most INCREDIBLE body treatment by the insaley talneted and professional Rosie, I feel as light as a feather . The foot scrub was incredible my feet are so soft, the bath soak felt amazing and was super warm and the full body massage was NEXT LEVEL I have never experienced anything like it I fell asleep because of how relaxing it was but didn’t want to miss a second of the massage as it felt incredible I was served delicious tea and refreshing water and made to feel like a princess this was the ultimate wellness day!! I CANT recommend enough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rosie you are a star!

My hot stones full body massage was absolutely fantastic - loved this. Rosie was brilliant. A perfect way to relax and unwind in Soul Retreat's calming atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly. Relaxing in the rocking chair with a pot of camomile tea and Biscoff biscuit was a nice treat afterwards. Many thanks.

Really great spa experience with the foot scrub, bath and massage. Will definitely be back for this again. Therapist was really welcoming and also vocal during the massage in terms of asking what problem areas they should focus on - which is always great and feels a bit more personalised. I also got some advice on some spiritual aspects too which was great. One aspect I felt was rushed was the banishing ritual - I had no idea this was included and it felt a bit like a task to be done versus an actual ritual I was involved in.

What an absolutely lovely experience. The myofascial release was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, plus my shoulders are now straighter than they have been in a looooong time. Mandy was lovely to work with. As I have psoriasis, it's great to find relaxation/ bodywork that does not involve stripping down/ oils. This was so good I came out and booked a follow up - can't wait for the next round!

Really enjoyed my experience. Felt totally relaxed after a very thorough back scrub and massage, followed by a facial massage. I will be returning for a further facial as I had areas of stress.
