Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage. The lady I had was getting out knots I didn't know I had! Wish I got a bit less lower body focus on my full body massage, though.

Mali was great. One of the best. I had a Tai oil massage and Mali concentrated on my lower back and neck where i had a lot of discomfort and tightness. After the massage i felt loose and the pain is much better. I will be going back again soon. Thank you Mali.

I was aching all over after two weeks of sightseeing and many miles of walking every day. My feet, legs, back and shoulders were exhausted from overuse. The massage I received was excellent - thorough and professional. I slept like deeply that night and nothing hurt! I only wish I lived in Cardiff so I could go back!

We booked Deep Tissue Duo Couple Massage for 1.5 hrs and had a great massage. We were in Cardiff for few days and were tired the previous day touring Tenby and Swansea, So decided to book the massage services online, both the masseuse were experienced and they used different techniques which we haven't experience anywhere in the UK. Thanks again, must visit and worth every penny.

I had an excellent massage with Tanya. She is incredibly skilled and clearly understands the body very well. From the moment the session started, she knew exactly where to apply pressure and worked through all the areas that needed attention. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. Tanya is also very professional, attentive, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.

Our experience today was incredible! We had Tanya and Sara for our duo massage. Both therapists gave the absolute best massage! Felt like we were floating coming out. We had a deep tissue massage and both therapists were very attentive, asking us how we were feeling and how the pressure was at intervals. The pressure was fantastic! And we both felt our bodies had just what they needed. I particularly enjoyed my feet and neck being massaged, Tanya was excellent! Had an amazing couples deep tissue massage today for 1hr today with Jen, Cindy & Joy. They were lovely from the get go and made us feel welcome, prepping the room was quick and the place as a whole smells good and is clean! They did a great job and paid us extra attention on the worst parts of our back/shoulders/neck as well as a full body massage. Im sure they gave extra treatment for free as my shoulder is particularly bad, bringing out the hot stones! The whole experience was wonderful and will definitely be back soon.
