I found the whole experience very relaxing and very noticable afterwards how loose and light my neck and shoulders felt, I had 90 minutes and I think she must of stretched every muscle in my top half, absolutely wonderful it was, I've booked again for next week 90 minutes again,I'm 60 now and for the first time I'm giving my body what it needs and it's absolutely loveing it, you don't know you needed it until You've had it done and the after affects just keep getting better if you look after your posture, the days after you feel good and some hurt a little bit it's just your body adjusting

Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.

Great massage with Sarah! This was my first appointment with Sarah, she was very professional and listened to my different issues. The massage was very thorough and she managed to both target the specific areas we had discussed as well as fit in a whole body general 'iron out' as I like to think if it. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll be back to see her again.
