I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

SoPreciousNails never disappoints! I’ve been coming here for a while now and every visit is consistently amazing. My nails always look flawless, feel strong, and the shape and polish/designs are alway perfect. The attention to detail is always next level, and the salon has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Precious my nail technician is friendly, professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. My nails last for weeks without lifting or chipping, which is exactly why I keep coming back. I highly recommend if you want beautiful, long-lasting nails and a relaxing experience ever time!

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Amazing couples massage booked in for 2 hours each session for facial, body scrub and full body relaxing massage . The best massage I’ve ever received they were very attentive very good with communication they applied the correct pressure like asked the shower was clean and all fresh towers were given . Extremely relaxing atmosphere good product used on my face and body for exfoliation and moisture. Felt comfortable and they kept me covered with the towels when turning over. Good value for money , easy booking process , friendly welcoming staff and good easy location to get to

Absolutely top quality couples Thai & deep tissue massage. I've never known anyone work so hard to ease out all the tension in my body & the stretching had me feeling reborn! Note that this massage is not for the faint hearted - if you're after relaxation choose another! But if you're after some really firm pressure this is for you! The couples massage room was also warm, with perfect lighting & smelt delicious. Can't wait to return!

I went their with my partner and it was amazing! Will definitely go there again. The staff were very friendly and after the massage my body feels so relaxed and stretched! 🥰 The only thing is if the rooms were a bit more warmer then it would’ve been perfect but our experience overall was very good. ☺️
