We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

This was my second visit to Na Thai Therapy and once again it was incredible. Today I had Yata as my therapist and she was amazing from start to finish. The full body scrub left me feeling so fresh and rejuvenated, followed by a relaxing shower, full body massage, reflexology and head massage — 2 hours of pure bliss. Yata’s technique and calming energy were outstanding. I’ll definitely be booking with her again and making this a regular self-care treat.

Hi, I have been here many times and Dhra really is a fantastic massage therapist. I had a body scrub followed by a massage with stretching and I feel rejuvenated. Amazing couples massage booked in for 2 hours each session for facial, body scrub and full body relaxing massage . The best massage I’ve ever received they were very attentive very good with communication they applied the correct pressure like asked the shower was clean and all fresh towers were given . Extremely relaxing atmosphere good product used on my face and body for exfoliation and moisture. Felt comfortable and they kept me covered with the towels when turning over. This is really a comprehensive massage , I opt for the sport massage when I reach there as recommended by the therapist after a brief conversation about my tough body system which was amazing. Didn't ask for the name of the therapist but was professional and outstanding, I give it to her.

Absolutely top quality couples Thai & deep tissue massage. I've never known anyone work so hard to ease out all the tension in my body & the stretching had me feeling reborn! Note that this massage is not for the faint hearted - if you're after relaxation choose another! But if you're after some really firm pressure this is for you! The couples massage room was also warm, with perfect lighting & smelt delicious. Can't wait to return!

Natalie is great, she’s so easy to talk to. I previously went to a nail salon who had caused damage to my nails and I’ve had 2 sessions of flexi tips with Natalie and my nails are so much stronger. I’ve moved into biab overlays with polish and they’re lovely. I’m so happy with the length and strength of my nails, still a little length to go but I’m so happy. Thank you xx
