I'm so glad I discovered kinesiology and got to work with Caroline. We often think that we know what our body needs, but we really don't unless we ask the body. Kinesiology does just that and it was great for me to receive the confirmation from my body that I am giving it the right nutrients to feel good and I am avoiding what makes me ill. I recommend to give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Claire has brought India to Bath with her amazing Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. My body felt gently stretched and relaxed, and my mind calmed. Everything about this treatment was superb.

Once again, an outstanding treatment from Anna. She is superb at reading the needs of your body on the day. The advantage of having regular treatments is that Anna can tailor the treatment to what would benefit you the most, taking into account her knowledge of your whole body needs. It’s an ongoing support for my overall well-being. Thank you.

I had a wonderful Lomi Lomi massage with Beth. It’s only the second Lomi Lomi I have had, but it’s quickly become my favourite treat massage to get. It considers the whole body at once, rather than working systematically from one section to the next. It’s incredibly relaxing and Beth is a fantastic therapist.

Very good massage, background music was quite could have been more atmospheric. Overall I very much enjoyed my visit and will be back.
