The hot oil body treatment was fantastic! Samantha was great. I struggled to stay awake! The facial was just ok. It felt like there was a lot of hands-off time. The scalp massage was maybe only a minute and it seemed a little disorganized. My skin feels great though. Thanks for the nice birthday morning!

I had Alison for my esthetician today, and I got full body laser hair removal. Alison made the experience so welcoming. The room was clean, which made me feel more comfortable. This was my first laser experience and Alison really made me feel so comfortable, and eased my anxiety by talking me through the experience. Fantastic - as always!

The whole body hot-stone one hour reiki treatment, chakra alignment, combined with paraffin hot wax on my hands, hand massage, foot massage, hot towels, citrus back scrub and intuitive reading were fantastic!! I was lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful 4 hands massage with Tamara and Mary. They worked in concert to create a very relaxing and enjoyable massage experience. It’s so nice to have more than one person work on you, especially when those people are this good. Tamara and Mary have a high level of skill and intuitive experience to share and were able to find all my trouble spots and melt them away. The back scrub before turning over was a very nice surprise. The whole team at Ignite Your Soul Wellness Spa are very warm and welcoming. I look forward to May next massage. Ignite your soul is a gorgeous hidden gem. I'm so thrilled to have recently discovered its location. Much like her establishment, the owner Mary is so welcoming. She has created a 'don't judge a book by it's cover' wonderful spa retreat right under our noses, in the centre of our busy lives so that a 'little getaway' fits in our daily schedule. Crystal and Sarah left us feeling rejuvinated both mind and body. I'm sure my body sounded like a bowl of rice krispies but Crystal left me feeling like a bowl of noodles :). Thanks again ladies! 3/1 facial was amazing. Sarah K is so knowledgeable and informative. She really opened my eyes to a lot of things. If she asks to read your body and offer that intuitive experience- definitely do it! I was skeptic at first, but truly rewarding. Will be returning!!!
