For my birthday I decided to book the spa package that included an infrared sauna session, body scrub, facial and massage. It was wonderful. The staff is really kind and welcoming. The salon has a very relaxing vibe and it is kept extremely clean. This is my second spa service here and I will be back.

Melanie is wonderful. I get lymphatic massages and she is so kind and conscientious of whether or not I’m comfortable with the massage making sure I’m always comfortable. I’m so glad I found this business because they are truly a God send!

I love HBL. For the past 3 years, I drive an hour every 4 months for my favorite spa package. My only feedback is that I wish they would do better with communicating when equipment that will affect my service is down. For example, there was a period a while back when the sauna was out of service, but I wasn't informed until I was taken to the back. Today the face steamer was out of service but I wasn't informed until after my service when I asked why it wasn't used. As these are a part of my package, I always look forward to them, or would least like to be made aware before arriving.

I was referred to a specialist for edema and founf HBL and so glad i did. The attention to detail for my body, the relaxing massages and atmospher is amazing and I learn something incredible about this business at each visit.

Karla has given me, hands down the best massages of my life! She really knows what she’s doing. I started feeling immediately better and better after each session of the deep tissue massage. And she’s just absolutely lovely in her way of being and presence. As she worked on me, my body began to release years of trapped emotions —she was so beautifully supportive and affirming, without an ounce of any judgment at all, throughout that process as I vented and let it all out. She helped me let go of what had been holding me back physically-mentally-emotionally-energetically. Best therapist ever!!!
