This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic treatment with Paula this afternoon...I'm in the middle of a package helping my skin with a series of facials. Great treatments with Paul's knowledge on skin I receive great advice for my aftercare. Very impressed with the changes in my skin and looks forward to every visit .. Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

Amazing treatment with Lauren and the ICOONE machine. A have lipadema in both legs and this machine is absolutely fantastic. It’s probly actually been the best thing iv tryed on my legs ! Legs are much lighter feeling .heaviness has completely gone and not so painful anymore . A totally recommend this machine for anyone suffering with lipadema or event wanting to get there body’s into shape it’s simply the best thing out there !

I cannot recommend Head Bath Glasgow enough! Entire body sinks into the chair and relaxes. The sounds, the sensations, all of it is just an experience you do not want to miss! Loved it!

Tried this for the first time today. Salon was easy to find and very well presented. The therapists were welcoming and very friendly. There was a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere within the salon which made the head spa treatment even more enjoyable. Even better that I could book it for a duo treatment for me and my friend at the same time. I’d highly recommend the head spa relaxation experience, we left afterwards feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be returning.

I had a deep Swedish massage with Amy. Had problems with the music so didn’t have my preferred selection and could hear a hair drier running at the beginning ( until the music came on) and then a lot of water running down the pipes in the room during my treatment. Pressure was great. However, she did ask what areas to concentrate on. Told her I’d like my whole body but no need to do my head/ face. I also told her I had pain from my right hip to my knee and if she could work on this. She only massaged my back and the back of my legs and then the hour was finished! Bit disappointed for £65.

I had a full body spray tan done today and was very happy with the visit. Friendly helpful staff and a fair price.

As an ex-professional athlete, Amy completely understood where the pain points were in my back and shoulders and she has magical hands which got to work on the areas causing me most stress. She has a natural talent for massages because she clearly understands how the body works and I highly recommend booking your massages with her.
