I recently had a full body sports massage with Louise, and it was exceptional. Before beginning, she always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern, mobility issues, or pain, which makes the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. Louise is truly the best in her field — a real specialist who knows exactly how to identify and fix any issues with your body. I leave the clinic thankful every single time. I just need to remember to visit more often! Highly recommended.

I was offered a lovely tea (flavour of my choice) and then after all my treatments I had cake and bubbles in the relaxation room. I was also given a lot of advice which was great. I've had a fantastic day and I am booked in again already. Highly recommended for anyone. Lindsay was fantastic.

I went for a full body massage and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and Lady was very professional and kind. I left feeling refreshed and at peace. Highly recommend

As always, Zoe gave me the best service imaginable and my hair looks absolutely fabulous. I would never go to anybody else for my hair appointments having met Zoe! Joanna also did an amazing job with my eyebrows and the wax she used didn’t even make my super-sensitive skin red, I’m so impressed. Very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I never had this line of work done on me before actually fixing the problem with advance body positioning and stretching..not to mention the tools she has. The studio is very welcoming and relaxing with good vibe music. I had my traps chest/back and hips done with the photo evidence to prove the positive results Defo going again

Laura is a true professional.I would highly recommend.I would not go any where else.

I just had a sports therapy massage after barely being able to turn my neck, and it made such a difference. Michelle was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to what was going on. I feel so much better already and am relieved to be feeling good again just in time for Christmas. Highly recommend!
