First time there. Beautiful space, everyone was lovely. I booked with whoever but had a more detailed design in mind and the tech who had me didn’t feel 100% confident so after she filled my nails (shaping was perfect) they switched things around for me and Sarah took over at the end to do the design and I just really appreciated them going that extra step to make sure I was happy and it was perfect (which it was). Both techs were great and I’m obsessed with my nails and they even served drinks the iced strawberry matcha was to die for. Will 100% be back.

Enjoyed a day of pampering starting with lashes by the queen. Janita; my lashes have never looked this good and been so healthy!! Moved on to my nails, gel fill and gorgeous fall colour, cherry mocha 🍒🍫, Hannah always fabulous and amazing shaping, incredible artist (design queen) and fun chatting too. Lastly, pedicure with gel polish with the fantastic Sandy..the best pedicure, Sandy never takes short cuts, always so kind, truly sweet, Sandy’s smile lights up the room, she truly is incredible and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. You don’t know what you’re missing, come to Lux ♥️💅🥰

Hannah is absolutely amazing. I have tried so many nail salons where I would leave disappointed every time and need to go home and re shape my nails, but the gals here kill it every time with both application, shape and overall look. My gel nails have never once broken in between fills and they never look too thick. Plus Wendy who runs the desk is personable and lovely. She will to go out of her way to get you an appointment and is a positive way to begin/end an appointment.

Hannah did a great job, she’s really precise and really made sure I was happy with each step along the way including length, shape and shade of the colour. I could tell she completely knew what she was doing; her confidence with the tools and technique made me feel extremely comfortable even with the newest nail tech in the salon. Very personable too! Polite, friendly and all-around great conversation. I’d definitely book with her again! 😊

I am considerably picky when it comes to my nails and brows. Rita is amazing for both. Her threading and Henna brows are out of this world!!!! This is my 4th time doing this service with her and my brows have never had better shape or colour!! They last for 4 weeks. I just had my mom and sister go to her for their brows and they will be returning!!

Julie was WONDERFUL! She introduced me to unicorn chrome nails for the first time. So fun! I always love visiting with her and Lynn. Both ladies have done such great jobs on my nails everytime I've been. Lynn brought me back from being a chronic biter with practically no nails to ones I can be proud of. The owner Wendy is SO lovely! She is always so involved, making sure everyone is taken care of. I don't know how she manages to run so many successful locations. Like Superwoman!
