Really lovely experience at the salon. Fazlin was so accommodating and friendly and really professional in terms of the quality of her work. I opted for a Keratin and a trim to revive my dry hair and it was really lovely how quickly yet efficiently she worked. Will definitely make this my salon to visit.

Whilst after my first visit I wasn't happy, one of the directors called me and invited me to come back so that could sort out my problems. I went to Nsix Hair Salon today and can honestly say that you had a great experience and that Nadeema and Noor went out of their way to understand what went wrong the first time. Nadeema cut my hair beautifully and gave me a Brazilian treatment so that I will be able to manage my hair easily without having to spend time blow drying and flat ironing it. I am sure that I will not experience any further problems handling my hair.

Nawaal has done an amazing job and recommendation when I wanted to go from natural curls to blow drying. She sat me down firstly getting to understand what it is that I actually wanted in terms of, if I wanted to go completely straight or if I wanted to be able to have a go between the 2. I must say excellent service and I’m absolutely happy … if I hadn’t been happy I wouldn’t have gone back the 2nd time 🥰 Shukran Nawaal 😊

Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.
