Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

My hair was a total mess when I walked into the salon, dead ends etc, Sam asked what I wanted and helped me to decide. I had a lovely scalp treatment today which eased the sensitivity on my scalp and the massage almost put me to sleep. My roots and blow-dry were a great result too. It looked 130% beautiful! I feel glamorous again.
