The trainee Jess did my hair, Jess was incredibly professional polite and really approachable. The shampooing stage was very relaxing and Jess was very confident massaging my scalp. I Loved the toner colour, it gave my hair warmth and depth the blow dry was very good, as a rule I prefer a bit more volume but the end result is a massive plus my hair had a lovely shine and looked much healthier As an ex hairdresser myself., I had a very pleasant experience here at Ivor.

Extremely happy with the whole experience being able to book the appointment online was really good. Cut and blow-dry done exactly as I explained. The massage chair is really relaxing whilst having hair washed.

My experience today with Threza, where do I start, good catch up, hugs and coffee. Hair extensions out, colour added to my own hair and my extensions, wash and blow dry, extensions back in, what a fantastic colour you've managed to create for me. If only I had a party to go to, although I was invited to the 10 year celebrations by Chax owner, which was lovely of him. I've had a lovely relaxing day, plenty of chat and laughter, added bonus my hair looks stunning. Massive thank you Threza, see you in a few weeks lovely lady xxxx

I booked an appointment with Naheed to have my hair restyled. I was given a consultation & listened to attentively regarding what style I was looking to achieve. I was confidently advised on which cut would suit the shape of my face. I also had a wash and blow dry which complemented new hair perfectly! I also had.my eyebrows threaded whilst attending my appointment and they are perfectly shaped. I will be returning soon. Thankyou Naheed

I came in today for a cut and blow dry with Georgia to say my experience was amazing was an understatement. Georgia was undoubtedly welcoming when I came in and the entire experience was so chatty,friendly and lovely as someone that really struggles with anxiety when it comes to getting my hair done it is absolutely safe to say I will be back and have already booked back in for a colour in June. I had my hair washed cut and blow dryed from Kelly today. It was only a short visit and my first time but she made me feel really comfortable. I will definitely be going back again before my due date to have my colour done from Kelly. It’s crazy how I’ve only met her today and she made my whole day! She is truly an asset to Charlie Brown.
