I have bringing my mum along to have her hair cut by Sally, for a number of years now. My mum has dementia & Sally understands my mums needs & support, which allows mum to feel relaxed & at ease. All staff at Hair by Us are welcoming to my mum, which is wonderful for me to see.

Wow‼️‼️ What a difference. I’m absolutely delighted with the cut Mandy did for me today. I went in looking so bedraggled and a complete frizzy mess. I left feeling absolutely amazing. What an impact a good cut has. She also gave me great advice and techniques on how to actually treat my curly hair. I will definitely 💯 be going back.

I love coming to have my hair cut by Holly. I now live in Writtle near Chelmsford but will still make the hour journey to Hair by us as I love the way Holly cuts my hair and everyone is so friendly. Always a buzz when you get to the top of the stairs. Keep it up ladies !!!!

My first visit to this salon and I will definitely be returning and recommending. Becky took the time to discuss my hair and how I wanted it cut. I have very fine curly hair and she has done amazingly well. I am so very pleased with the end result.
