A pleasant and relaxing experience, I booked for my mum online; I got a hair and blow dry but my mum wanted a restyled cut; when we get there, I explained myself and there was not problem at all. My mum got her hair styled as she wanted; she is very pleased with it and with the fact that she could understand and answer by herself to her styler, who was kind to her making easy to be understood; since my mum’s doing her best to learn English. Thank you. We’ll be coming back.

This was my first time in a salon in a good few years, and I was absolutely blown away. Rachel did an amazing job, and was so accommodating. I have sensory needs and struggle in environments such as salons, but I, and my hair, have never felt better. The environment of the salon as a whole was so comforting and soothing - I went in full of anxiety, and came out feeling more like myself than I have in a long time. I'll definitely be booking back in next time I'm back! Thank you so much!
