Gen was absolutely amazing, she really takes the time and effort to figure out a custom routine for you, I suffer with hair loss and gen was able to explain the route cause to why and after the most magical tingly experience of the head spa which may I add was dream, thr blow dry that comes with my package was a great way to end. Can't wait to come back.

A great barbers and a hair stylists area for cut and blow dry. they take time to understand your hairline, my advice is find a suitable barber/stylist to ensure no changes to hairline as you age, you will be spoilt for choose, David, laura, Neil, Morgan and Marcio.

Bismwa was amazing from the start. The consultation and the appointment. She is very knowledgeable on what is recommended for hair and makes you feel relaxed. I really like the finished product. I had an all over colour, full head highlights, Olaplex treatment, wash, cut, blow dry and style

This is the best hair salon I have visited. Had my hair done by Teigan. What a fabulous hairdresser. My colour, cut and blow dry is wonderful so pleased. Highly recommend. Also Helen has done my hair and highly recommend her as well. Best salon in Penarth.

First visit with Gen today and I have never had such a lovely relaxing experience. Head spa & massages were amazing! My scalp was awful but gen did an amazing job. SUCH a good blow dry at the end too. Highly highly recommend I’ll be back 🩷

I had booked in with Tegan but unfortunately when I arrived Tegan wasn't able to do my hair - it was no issue at all and Tegan was so kind and gave me some free shampoo and hair mask samples as a kind gesture. It really wasn't expected at all but it was so thoughtful, and truly was no issue at all. It all worked out well though, as I had my hair washed, cut, and styled with Monica instead who was absolutely fantastic. Monica cut my hair exactly how I had hoped and gave my hair the most beautiful bouncy blow-dry. Monica was so professional and friendly, thank you for doing my hair unexpectedly!

Booked for a cut and blow dry & absolutely loved meeting for the first time Oli! Super friendly, down to earth and made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked into the salon. Oli totally brought the vision I had in my head to life and I am so happy with the results! Have booked back in to have a colour and cut in a few weeks & I’m so excited to have found someone who I can trust to look after my hair! ☺️
