Mellisa is an absolutely wonderful lady with exceptional experience. I had my nails, brows, microdermabrasion, and waxing done, and it was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had. OMG Jordana is amazing! This was my very first Hollywood wax and I was super nervous, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly, kept checking in on me, and her warm, friendly energy honestly made such a difference. The treatment itself was quick, professional, and far less painful than I expected. I left feeling so happy with the results and confident about booking again. If you’re a first-timer or feeling self-conscious, I couldn’t recommend Jordana enough she’s a total star! 🩷
